If you would like to order for 4 or 8 weeks please select this in the desired plan. Once you have done this you will receive an email with how to order your meals for the 1st week of your plan.

Each week you can change your meals and submit a new plan if you wish by messaging us on 07475417216 and we will send you the link to re-submit.

If you plan has Desserts. snacks or breakfast option on it, you can submit order for these and at the checkout choose Subscription Option as after the initial payment you will not need to pay again.
